Rod has over 30 years experience working in the open-cut and underground mining industry, both as a miner and a quality, health, safety, environment and human resource specialist.

Rod’s area of expertise is Human Resource and Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems and the development and delivery of Training and Development programs. Rod has also been involved in health, safety, environment and quality management in multiple national projects in open-cut and underground mining.

Tanya’s role is the management of Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology areas of Carve. She has worked for government, finance, power generation, construction and mining industries.

Her work experience includes being a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, HR and Payroll Administrator, Computer Network Administrator, Document Controller and Audit, Risk and Compliance Software Administrator.

Tanya has strong computer literacy and time management skills, an attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Tyne Sumner

Tyne’s role is to edit and tailor documents and contracts to suit specific clients and professionalise documents through the application of refined editing skills.

Tyne has been awarded the Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) Scholarship (The University of Melbourne, 2011) which provides a stipend for high-quality research higher degree students, awarded on academic merit and research experience. She has also been awarded the Australasian Association for Literature Postgraduate Bursary for travel to the 2012 Literature and Censorship conference as well as the 2010 Bowen Prize (The University of Melbourne, 2011) for the best essay on a subject in the field of British History or British Literature.
